At Olari, I built and led the vision for a comprehensive EHR and practice management system designed specifically for addiction treatment and residential rehab centers. From defining the product architecture and UX design system to configuring workflows in Mendix and driving cross-functional delivery, I shaped nearly every part of the platform. I partnered closely with clinicians and operations teams to translate real-world treatment workflows into an intuitive, compliant, and deeply configurable application—culminating in our first major clinic rollout across North Carolina.
